Last Updated: September 1, 2025
Welcome to the digital platforms of 3F Waste Recovery and 3F Pharma (collectively, “3F,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing 3fpharma.com or 3fwasterecovery.ca, or by engaging our bioengineering services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services and Products
3F operates at the intersection of the circular economy and biotechnology. Our services and products include, but are not limited to:
- The supply of high-purity marine collagen (proteins and peptides) for research, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic applications.
- The manufacturing and sale of sustainable consumer products, such as dried Seafood Pet Treats.
- Strategic consulting for “Lean & Green” supply chain optimization and by-product upcycling.
- Licensing of proprietary clean biotechnologies for value-added processing and bioprocessing in the fishery and agricultural sectors.
2. Use of Pharma-Grade Samples and Materials
Any samples of marine collagen protein or peptides provided through 3F Pharma are intended for research and development (R&D) or laboratory evaluation purposes only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a formal Supply Agreement. 3F makes no claim regarding the suitability of these materials for specific clinical applications without independent validation by the technology owner or medical device manufacturer.
3. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Methods
All content on our websites, including technical perspectives, molecular weight data, circular economy models, and descriptions of our extraction processes, is the intellectual property of 3F. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary “Lean & Green” frameworks or bioengineering data for commercial purposes without an explicit licensing agreement or written consent from 3F Waste Recovery.
4. Scientific Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
While 3F Pharma strives for absolute precision in our material characterization (e.g., molecular weight distributions of Atlantic Cod protein), biological materials are subject to natural variance. All technical data is provided “as is” for informational purposes. 3F shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our materials in unauthorized applications or from experimental outcomes that vary from provided technical baselines.
5. User Conduct and Professional Integrity
Stakeholders engaging with our platforms, including but not limited to fish harvesters, researchers, and B2B partners, agree to provide accurate information regarding feedstock origin, research intent, and professional affiliation. 3F reserves the right to refuse service or sample distribution to any party that provides fraudulent data or misrepresents their role in the supply chain.
6. Sustainability and Feedstock Sourcing
Our business model is predicated on local, sustainable sourcing from the Atlantic Canadian fishery and agricultural sectors. We reserve the right to modify product availability based on seasonal feedstock cycles and our commitment to zero-waste environmental standards.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador (“3F Waste Recovery”) and Nova Scotia (“3F Pharma”) and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in these jurisdictions.
